Terms of service

These terms cover Apex, operated by WiSense LLC. By using the owner app, a public Apex site, or opting in to texts, you agree to them.

The service

Apex lets independent businesses publish a site, take orders or quote requests, and run day-to-day operations. Public pages are the business’s content. WiSense provides the software.

SMS program

When you give a phone number on an Apex-powered site or in the Apex app, you agree to receive texts from that business via Apex (WiSense LLC). Typical messages are order status, quote follow-up, reminders, and account notices.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to texts is not required to buy. Privacy details, including that we do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent for marketing, are at madewithapex.com/privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Apex to send illegal content, spam, or messages to people who did not opt in. Business owners are responsible for the copy they publish and the messages they send through the product.
